The process of event planning, scheduling, and executing is highly time-consuming and can be overwhelming without the right tools.

The Solution

An intuitive and efficient platform, designed to simplify corporate event planning and cut down on planning time.

Why do corporate events matter?

Companies today allocate extensive amounts of time and money for corporate events. I began this project by trying to understand why!? The conclusion combines four main reasons.

Boosting Employee morale

Building stronger teams

Creating networking opportunities

Reinforcing brand identity

Why is this important?

Corporate events are proven to have an impact on employee engagement and motivation. They foster a sense of belonging and make employees feel heard. When done right they are a key to creating a better work culture.

Higher productivity is seen in happy employees

There aren't many tools available for creating corporate events, however I did examine relevant products such as event management platforms, ticketing/marketing services, trip planner solutions, and more.

User Research

I conducted interviews and joined Facebook groups for HR and employee experience workers.

Talking with the users, I tried to understand the workflow of creating an event. Who takes part in the event's creation? What are their motivations? What challenges are they facing? And how do they overcome them?
